Slowly getting somewhere. I feel like my border changes are not radical enough yet, though..
I'm a big fan of restructuring Earth's political boundaries (although Africa is a real bear). The changes to Boliva are interesting, and I like the EU enlargement.
I think if Canada lost its west coast it would likely loose Quebec as well, and with Quebec independent I'm curious what the eastern provinces would do. My father-in-law suspects they'd join the US and that makes sense. Alternatively perhaps only part of Quebec would leave as some areas (like Montreal) are quite supportive of remaining Canadian. I tried this latter one myself when I attempted to re-partition the Earth but I was never happy with it. (The next time I do this I'm starting with pre-WWI boundaries, but it's hard to do a future setting which is also an alternate history, it requires juggling too much.)
